Hours:
Monday 10 am - 3 pm
Tuesday 1 pm - 6 pm
Wednesday 10 am- 3 pm
Thursday 1 pm - 6 pm


Eligible Persons:
The general working public ages 10 years and older who do not have health insurance, or do not have a regular health care provider

Ineligible Persons:
People with Medicaid or Medicare
Chronic conditions requiring medical follow-up; i.e., kidney disease, heart disease
Pregnant women

Cost:
$10 per patient visit, includes lab work and medications if available

Services Not Provided include:
Well baby check-ups; Forms for disability, food stamps, WIC, insurance, immunizations; Surgery; Drug testing; Dentures; Glasses; Abortions; Prenatal care; Physical therapy; Casting; Controlled drugs; Hospitalized care; Orthopedic supplies; Second opinions; Multiple chronic conditions; Psychiatric illnesses; Dermatology
